Houston police chief is more concerned with solving homicides than finding Tom Brady’s Super Bowl jersey

Amidst all the energy that the Patriots had in the wake of finishing the best rebound in Super Bowl history against the Atlanta Falcons, Tom Brady's pullover disappeared.

It was such a major ordeal, that Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick approached Texas Rangers to help discover it. Indeed, even Houston PD said that they would endeavor to help discover it:
Houston Police Chief Art Acevdeo — accountable for regulating the defining moment — said on Tuesday by means of the Statesman that finding the shirt isn't precisely high on the rundown of things for the Houston PD to do.

"It may be the most elevated need for [the] lieutenant senator," Acevedo said. "I can reveal to you we had three crimes the evening of the Super Bowl in the city of Houston, and we'd get a kick out of the chance to discover it, yet I don't believe we're copying the midnight oil agonizing over a pullover."

He included, "I told those folks, 'Hello folks, we'll give it a run, however we should keep things in context, it's a shirt.'"

This is most likely entirely consoling for the general population of Houston, who likely couldn't care less at all that Tom Brady's pullover is absent. Not only for their own wellbeing, but rather in light of the fact that he beat the Texans, as well.
